In Grad School? Got No Time to Cook? Read On...

This blog is an inspiration from my experiences trying to satisfy my palate in graduate school. Listed below are some classic grad school symptoms:

1. Too little time to exercise
2. Too little time to cook
3. Too much time sitting and reading/typing/researching
4. Free time spend drinking/partying

The bad news is - I don't have a comprehensive solution for all these problems. The good news is - I have a plethora of great recipes that take less than 30 mins and taste delicious. The recipes are from all over the world and on special occasions I will post recipes that take longer than 30 mins but are totally worth it.

I plan to post two recipes each week and give you a sneak peek of the recipe to be posted next. So here is a picture of the first recipe I plan to post. Stay tuned.
